With over three decades of experience across diversified industries with large Indian corporate at senior leadership positions, Pushpamitra (Pushp) has helmed and converted numerous budding ideas into successful companies. In his long stint with the real estate sector, Pushp represented leading developers and was solely responsible for large scale fundraising, project fund allocation, projects review and execution for various projects.
Amongst his many achievements, Pushp has been an integral part of the launch of the Retail F&G business in India and was instrumental in the organic growth and brand acquisitions for Wadhawan Retail across the country. Pushp has been responsible for starting businesses from scratch to transforming organizations, departments, functions, financially, strategically and operationally in multiple industries and business segments. Pushp has been a mentor, advisor and investor in multiple startups and worked closely with a few tech-based Real Estate mobility startups.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Pushp has been a part of leading organisations like Piramal Group, Essar group, Wadhawan Retail, Wadia Group and Rustomjee amongst others. He has been instrumental in raising funds for over 2 billion USD over his career. In his spare time, Pushp works with the weaver’s community in north and eastern India to promote their work and to find a steady business for this small group of artisans to protect dying art.

Rahul, a postgraduate in Economics and a masters in Marketing is an ardent believer in the Corporatizing and Institutionalizing of the Residential Real-estate industry. High on both, technology and sales & distribution experience, he is a solid pedigree of inception, nurture and scaling up of businesses in dynamic environments. He also has the distinction of creating & shaping up Hi-performance teams, keeping them motivated, nurturing them, trusting them and empowering them to deliver businesses with passion in a dynamic environment.
